Tatli margarine is a special margarine for puff pastry. Highly plastic, resistant to mechanical stress, evenly distributed between layers while rolled, and does not run into into the dough. While puff products are baked, they acquire a high rise and clearly defined thin layers that are easily separated from each other.
Tatli margarine adds a golden color, creamy taste and aroma to puff products.
